The Word Ministry is another relatively new Ministry responsible for the discernment and allocation of Topics, Themes and Schedules among those who will expound and share the Word of God during the weekly Meetings. This Ministry has the very important task of interpreting the annual “Theme” for the Community and providing regular teachings, through which the Community learns how to “Live the Theme”. The Ministry is always spiritually attuned with the Church Liturgical Calendar and remains ultra-sensitive to the changing spiritual needs of the Community. The leader is always seeking to groom Members who have the gift of teaching and exhortation and who can edify the Community by helping all to grow in wisdom and knowledge.
